    I think there are two different scenarios, Saxo.
    If you had Messi in your team, in a way it would be "built around him", but only in the sense of him being a key cog in the overall machine.
    I reckon Dack could be put in the same category (at a much lower ability-level).
    The difference with Rhodes - for a while - was that we appeared to have no alternatives on the days he was blotted out, and he wasn't particularly good at setting up other people.
    When Gestede was at his best, though, we became much more flexible.
    I think Mowbray is too smart to put all his eggs in the Dack-basket.

    Incidentally, Gestede is still only 29. ???
