    I thought Doc did well at CB and his few mistakes only became an issue once Lewis was back in goal. As long as he keeps learning from his mistakes, i have no problems giving him a chance for the last year of his contract.

    He did and small and correctable errors should be forgiven.

    It's also worth remembering that the budget for paying off players contracted to next season may not be particularly large and so some who may ideally be let go also will have to stay.

    May have to priortise who gets paid off on a least worst stays basis until cash becomes available to let them away.
