Really disappointed with this news, I rate this guy and believe he would have been a big plus for us.

According to reports we have had him watched several times, but he failed to impress.

I would not agree with that BT, I have watched him nearly half a dozen times, he's quick, see's a pass and makes it, makes space for himself and others, can beat his man and has a great eye for goal, I would think we balked at the asking price as usual.

Had no idea who Hennings was before he came Sinkov, as for Chris Long I don't think I commented at the time but thought if he couldn't get into the Everton 11 it didn't sound good regardless of what Everton fans thought.

    Which Belgian lad BT ?

I think the real truth Alto is that SD has a certain profile a player must fit into. Your man does not fit that profile, where's the next Chris Wood?

    Sean tells LET

Dyche will avoid the prospect of stockpiling his squad to cope with that challenge next summer, preferring to look at quality additions instead during the transfer window.

The Turf Moor chief said he'd spoken to other managers at bigger clubs who had ended up with bloated squads and he wants to avoid such a situation, preferring instead to focus on keeping competition tight in every positions.

"There’s a fine balance. I spoke to managers at bigger clubs and they had to thin down their squads," Dyche said of his summer plans.

"I don’t think we’re there yet, but you do think ‘how many do we actually need?’

"So we have to mindful not to overfill the club, because you lose some of the attention and detail we want to put on the players, for them to continue maturing.
