I was just about to write the same 53.

Easy to play nice football at a small club with low expectations.

I’m amazed Graham Potter isn’t in the frame considering he’s got Europa League experience as well.

As we well know.....Albion’s top brass have always loved a manager they can pay buttons to and bully.

Under no circumstances would I have Allardyce. What a retrograde step that would be! My preferred option would still probably be Pearson and Shakespeare with Moore in some senior role. However, as many of you have stated, nothing would surprise me regarding decisions made at the Albion.

How do we know Potter isn't in the frame? I don't recall Mowbray,Irvine, Clarke or Di Matteo being amongst the favourites. Imo the bookies have no idea who is being considered but that doesn't stop them creating a market.

I think we get the wrong idear on here sometimes , Big sam for example about the man's private life or what we think of him or is past , it don't matter a jot to me
If he could guarantee us promotion we could pay him £20 million a Season & get back in the premier & 120 mill it would still be a great investment , the only problem with this is theirs no guarantees

Love him or hate him fat sham knows how to get teams I organised and winning.

He got shammers up so knows what is needed.

He also has a great knowledge of players and where to find them for a fair price, like kone at Blunderland and mihalvic the palace mf.

He is the closest you will get to a guarantee of promotion out there, a bit like Bruce, but better because he would establish you in the prem too.

In an ideal world great football would be brilliant, but I'd take winning football all day long.

Me neither. I'll now wait before renewing. I honestly couldn't face watching his football.
Anyone mention Cowley and his brother from Lincoln City?

This could happen because this was probably sham's last chance at so called top club.

No one in the prem will need him until October or November.

It is not the ideal appointment, but the most pragmatic.

He played for us as well as being assistant manager and should know about the potential if he gets it right.

He has a record of signing creative players Jj okacha and youri dherkavihev at Bolton but I don't recall if it was him or bilic who signed payet.

If I was Jenkins I would wait for him to say no before appointing anyone else.

Whoever we get as manager, I won't put any conditions on my support of the Albion and my St will be renewed whatever happens.
