    Reasons To Be Cheerful

For the first time since the 2012/2013 season we look like having the same manager starting two campaigns on the trot

We have a keeper who on his day is the best in the division

We have a centre back pairing who on their day are the best in the division

Our manager has recently found a formation that might just work

Our manager will have more players who he considers 'his' to work with

If we can hold on to him we have the most productive forward in the division

Its been a long time, but some wasters have started to return to form (BJ, TL)

January and February 2019 are cancelled

    We aren't Forest

    Any others, you cheerful lot?

Heard from a semi reliable source that the Butterfield/Winnall deal was always intended to become permanent this summer dependant on fitness. Winnall is, allegedly, having some intensive tests and monitoring on his knee to determine the full recovery chances. If the specialists verdict is positive, the deal goes through.

I'm sure lots of Forest fans have good reasons to be cheerful.
Thank you Derby for waiting for us. We always knew you couldn't live without us in the same league. See you next season.

As for promotion, I doubt very much you can match this season. Unless your owners are prepared to back the manager.
And with Stoke and WBA, not to mention Boro, Hull and Villa. If I'm not wrong the first 4 all still have parachute money. Gonna be tough next season.
Rowett cannot start slowly, he won't last the year's end knowing your Mel
