I'm not sure if that is the correct order of events but if we let the club know what we are thinking about it gives them a heads up at the very least. Noah wrote some sensible questions and I hoped to keep them coming. It is a pity that the banter element on this forum is so strong, and I agree with you that Dundee Mad isn't the forum that it was. If all anyone posts is snappy oneliners you end up with a forum like this.
Hope you might have a question or two for NM. He should be well worth listening to.
Social media has had an effect on this and all similar forums as there are more places for daftie’s to vent their spleen.

People forget its only a forum, not real life.

Why did he not sign Gardyne?

Will he sign an experienced back up keeper?

No doubt some humourless phanny will be along to pour scorn on people who are answering what you’ve asked BCram.

Don't think asking questions and putting forward ideas is likely to get batted away. You have put forward questions that I'm sure NM could answer. The trouble is that you have to respect his answers. It's not a debate, IMO, just a chance for him to answer some questions. I'd hope that some of the questions on here might be asked at the Q&A. Sometimes the questions will open up new avenues of thought for him. I'd really like a very early answer to whether Kamara and Caulker will be here for next season. The late departure of Hemmings and Stewart really hurt Hartley and he never recovered. Would hate to see NM in the same boat.

Neil McCann is the manager and as such questions to him are interesting for the fans but will be sanitised, perhaps a better idea to ask some questions of John Nelms to understand where the club is heading.

The 2 major topics on my mind are what is happening with the stadium development and why are our youth teams in the lowest tier of SFA development still?
I think you are right about the new stadium. That's the key to where the club is heading and Nelms will be the only person who could answer. If we don't get a new business plan based on income streams from a new stadium it looks to me as though we may struggle to do much better than top of the bottom half of the league. There may be a benefit windfall if our neighbours fail to get promotion but it seems to me that the cost of renting Dens and keeping it within the licences needed to operate a football ground will be an increasing burden. Would hope that NM is asked about our plans for youth players. This has been a much talked about strategy for a "selling club" like ourselves, but it seems to me that the level of investment required to join the system is too high and perhaps we are actually hitting above our weight with the system that we are using.

Yip they have done everything they have said they would
    Got us promoted
    Kept us there
    Supported managers with funds
Got rid at the right time
New stadium is the right thing to do.
    Development squad bringing through players
    Money in bank
    Saleable players

Not at SFAElite Youth level which o surprised about given the focus the Americans put on this.

PR could be a bit better however I agree with Noah (Ffs) and think we are lucky to have them

Said they'd get Dens back into DFC ownership - a critical element in a lot of fans' decisions to vote them in - they haven't and doesn't look like they will.

Without the Americans we would be like the dabs or worse , oh and the club or someone connected with club DO read the forums !!!!
Don’t know how much there into the youth development , there’s a lot of players coming from down south etc and to be fair there of better quality than most of the homegrown
