I would think hes off. Put GMS in that pile too. Its over halfway through January and they haven't signed.

    Off when though?????
As you say, its over half way through the window and they've not signed anywhere else.
It's also not confirmed that he is to leave now or in the summer.

I remember many in here saying the same about Logan.
Everyone was banging on about his family being from the Manchester area and the rumours of clubs around there, but he then extended with us (Wee Sam might have been an influence)
There are a lot of options for the players, but its not a foregone conclusion

I would be very surprised if Shinnie is here after January unless he is on a precontract
Gms is a funny one. He would scoosh it in the States. If New York follow up their interest he will be off.
if they don't then his options are limited. I don't think he's the type of player whose style of play would work in the Championship.

I'm in agreement that both have a higher likelyhood will be off.
Its not impossible for a number of reasons for both players, that they could weigh up everything and then sign on again.

I’m resigned to him going. At least if it’s somewhere else like Wigan. it isn’t there.

There’s no pant pishing about Wigan. All money related. We don’t have the money to compete. So what.

Training facilities will be one for sure, but if we were to reinvest the money towards upcoming young players that would command a fee in the future, thats another.
We could also expand our youth scouting and development centres set-up to reach a wider base, hell, even encroach into foreign areas youth (Iceland, Finland etc)
It's not money that makes it work.

Youth development should always be a priority but it doesn't guarantee we will "grow".

Sounds like an excuse Milne would come out with for building a stadium.
