    I also found that world cup final to be absolutely suspect.
    All sorts went wrong for Brazil.
    It was as though the final was set for France to win it.

    The fiasco with Ronaldo and the Brazil players clearly knowing something was up.
    Ronaldo crying his eyes out and this was before the game.
    Apparently fainting and what not before the game, yet played.

    Has anyone looked into it?

    Course not.

    If he's happy to joke about it to the press now, no chance anything would be looked at.

    there is also some suspicion of match fixing during the 2002 south korea world cup.

    there was definitely some questionable calls in favour of South Korea.

    When Argentina needed to overturn, was it, a 5 goal difference in one game to pass the first phase. They did it of course - clearly fixed.
