We had one....but Nolo sat him on the bench for over half of the season....he prefers 38 year-old guys that once scored in the Premiership

Mason Bennet was a good idea, that didn't pay off in the end.

Water under the bridge now. We got to the playoffs, and were cruelly robbed by poor reffing.

You can spend as much money on changing rooms as you like.....quality footballers that are comfortable on the ball cost serious money....hey ho, next season in Division 4 here we come

20 years ago today we were also knocked out in the play off semis against another team from the West Midlands. It felt pretty bad at the time. Things got a little worse the next season before they got much, much better thanks to one Neil Warnock. Events might repeat themselves, but Derek Pavis wasn't afraid to make big decisions. And maybe plumbers are richer than interior designers.

Actually, it was 30 years. Doesn't time fly?

Wounded to ****. Got what we deserved. The decisions didn’t go our way but we were simply poor for an hour or more of the game. I am not gonna blame individuals. In it together. That’s it.

Our back 4 rarely, if ever, try to control the ball and pick a pass....our modus operandi is to kick it high, long....and hard.......did anyone else hear the Covo fans shouting OOOOOSHHH, every time we were in possession? ......embarrassing
