Being 2nd, six points clear, is a strong position. To not strengthen the squad in the areas it needed shows either a lack of resources (if so then so be it) or a lack of knuts!!

Maybe it's a blessing. There's no way this team could cope in L1. Obviously we would have brought new players in but we're yet to see evidence that we're able to do that in terms of numbers and quality required for this level, never mind L1.

Coventry have a 28 goal a season striker. There aren't many of those around, and they make a big difference!
