    Nolo Stick Twist?

Not playing attractive football, seemingly favouriting/holding grudges against players and possibly making tactical errors - but first full season as a manager with a limited squad, limited funds and a virgin chairman - and came within a referee's contact lens of getting us to Wembley.

What's the general consensus of those who can get to games?

Stick with him, or Twist again like we do most summers?

Stick with the man, but hopefully with an enlightened approach. This summer's transfer activity will reveal whether he wants an upgrade on the experienced and compliant squad we now have in order to go after improved effectiveness in hoofball and game management, or whether he will try to build some real football calibre. I really hope it is the latter. A midfield squad including O'Connor, Husin, Milsom, Grant has potential; we have 1 really good full-back and 1 decent one; we have Forte who I imagine would have score a hat full if presented with decent chances. We need upgrades elsewhere if we want to see entertaining and winning football - maybe a rare dream in Div 4.

Defo Stick.Nolo done well - virtually same players that could have dropped out league, Both Nolo and chaireman now realise the importance of transfer window, and nolan should now know where the weaknesses are in his squad and what players need released and get better players, Im optismistic for next season

Stick, obviously. But this is a massive summer coming up. We'll find out whether Nolan has been forced to play the way play by the limitations of the current squad or if that's just the way he likes it. We desperately need decent, young forwards. If we start with Stead again next season, I'll lose it.

Stick but for God's sake everytime we play football we're actually quite good and look to kill teams but 90% of the time it's hoof up front and hope. Stick but needs to have a plan b or even some style.

    Stick.

Rome wasn't built in a day. Gets to reshape a bit over summer. We know we are lacking upfront and I'm sure that will be addressed over the coming weeks. Fully match fit O'Connor should hopefully negate the hoof ball next season.

100% agree with all answers so far.

Stick but send Nolo on a 'basics of football' course

Anyone thinking of getting rid of Nolan has a bloody short memory.

Most of the damage this season was done in the winter transfer window.

As long as that doesn’t happen again in the summer we should be fine.
