    Lets look at how training has been for years, all the teams trained at different places making it hard for managers to watch all the age groups. when AH gets his training ground that should change some U18s and U20s could be integrated into first team training to see how they shape up.

    My Nephew was being watched by Spurs when at a non-league youth team, who ended up releasing him and that was that. Means nothing, a lot of luck is needed and or absolute different level of ability. Some kids get lucky, some are different class. Just cos these lads havent come through the first team isnt simply due to being mis-treated,
