I like Simon, he's a good guy, amusing and good company.

As far as I know he was given the push at Notts, so what would you expect him to do when another job offer came along, especially when it was at the team he supports and working with some friends?

Apart from that, he and Hardy had a bit of a history at Forest and not in a good way.
