I recently took the opportunity to take a look at the renovation work inside the George Wright building, a Grade II listed "hidden gem" in Rotherham town centre that is being brought back to life as a boutique hotel.

I sat in the beer garden there last Saturday and enjoyed a couple of Old Fashioneds. Bar man knows his was around a good quality cocktail.
