they are all greedy ****s wtf , as soon as another club comes in for a player at leeds and offers more money elsewhere, they are off fella.

the only loyalty in football nowadays is to their bank balance .

Definitely take him, What he earns away from football is not of any real importance to me personally.

He would be a signing that I feel would nearly guarantee promotion, which would benefit Leeds & fan base.

you cannot attract top players who could guarantee promotion, if you do not pay wages that would command their services, its as simple as that. this club cannot even compete with clubs who are in the championship, let alone the premier league clubs . the premier league minnows such as bournemouth and burnley have both taken wood , taylor , and cook in recent years , and pay wages we can only dream about paying.

Interesting that you have quoted 2 clubs that built success instead of buying it.

bournemouth have an owner who is prepared to put his money where is mouth is fella , and burnley have not spent four**** years outside the top flight following the same failed policies , they recruited well and not consistently paid for players who are simply not good enough every season. once you get up there you reap the rewards , and then you have to spend again to survive up there.

the longer they remain in the premier league , the financial gap becomes ever bigger , until it becomes too wide to bridge , even if they were to be relegated in a few years time , the parachute payments alone would give them a massive advantage over leeds and any other championship club who have been in the doldrums for years. the same applies to huddersfield , they are raking money in now , we can only dream about .

Marley you won't even we happy when we do eventually get promoted to the Premier league coz you'll say immediately that we will definitely get relegated straight back down again and probably have to start in lg2 just so the efl keeps hold of us for longer this time, there will never be anything about Lufc that makes you happy marls
