    Change of pace

Absolutely blistering on my deck right now, 36 deg, it's in a bit of a heat trap but with the humidity added it feels like Satan's armpit ! Where's anybody going to this summer ? I'm staying put this year, as long as the weather is good this'll do me, plenty of places to go here that I've never seen.
Hope all of you have a good summer.

I was in St. Ives in Easter. My favourite place in the world.

We were due to go to New York in July but cancelled as we have the small issue of a Grandson appearing around the same time.

Yes, Cornwall is a beautiful place in the Summer, although my jaw always drops when I go to the Lake District, incredible scenery.
Congratulations for the upcoming event in July.

Thanks Mate. Just getting everything ready for his arrival. Season ticket, golf membership, good deal at the gym. Cosy Coupe. All the things a lad needs.

Cornwall is my adopted home. I have some great friends and memories as I lived there for three years when I was in the Air Force. Played football for Truro City. Had a great time.

But the lakes are beautiful. Camped many times at Derwen****er, Keswick. Walked up Cat Bells. Breathtaking.
