Shrewsbury have given permission for Ipswich to approach Paul Hurst .

Cross that one off the wish list then .

That depends on the money available Animal, and remember Jack Ross also turned them down for Sunderland.
But yes I agree, he seems to be off our list now unfortunately.

Ipswich are clearly looking at Hurst as a coach who can over achieve within budget so it seems a good fit for them .

I personally don't believe Hurst can do much better at this stage of his career and I'd expect him to take the job myself .

Yep, and if Hurst takes the job there at Ippy, I won't be too disappointed to be honest.

I still like the idea of Gary Bowyer who is at the Blacky lashers, but I don't know if hes even in the frame etc.
Grayson, Ainsworth, McCall, Warburton, & even Hassell lol, they have all been mentioned.

Whoever comes in will have been the Board's "number one choice right from the start".

Insightful at least. That’s how many of your fans chose to spin the last manager signing, as if it was a secret master stroke all along when the reality was that no one wanted the job, apart from desperate for a job types.

Grant McCann under the present policies .

Grayson if we are prepared to give him more say on recruitment .

Warburton depending on how desperate he is to get back into football .

Bowyer if he's had enough of crisis management. and thinks this is an easier role .

Nobody else jumping off the page unless Goathair is in France at the minute and in discussion with the Metz assistant academy coach .

I'd go along with all those mentioned for the same reasons
