No, ye of little brain. He was found to be in contempt of court and given a suspended sentence because his actions put a serious criminal trial in jeopardy. Running around a court building shouting “*****phile” at defendants during a live trial, or live-streaming defendants and members of the public – potentially including jurors – entering and exiting a court building against a tub thumping narration of “Muslim *****phile gangs”, is hardly conducive to ensuring a fair trial. And if there can’t be a fair trial, nobody gets justice."

That is absolute tosh! If you have seen the video, TR was on his own with his camera man. He said nothing, the defendants were already in the building and doing slit throat signals to him at the same window that that the judge later stood at smirking when TR was arrested. I'm sure the corrupt establishment can manipulate legalities to suit a particular agenda as they seem to do more and more these days but as a result of social media they are being exposed more and more which is just as well with the absence of an unbiased and uncompromised MSM.

He did have an altercation with one Muslim, I think......the guy then threatened to get to Tommy's mother......Tommy told the police but they were too busy bundling him into the police van.

    Maybe not. The report said:

"During Friday's hearing, Matthew Harding, defending, claimed that his client had "deep regret" for what he had done".

That suggests Mr Robinson knew what he had done was wrong and deeply regrets his actions. Let's hope he learns from it and becomes a better person as a result.

It seems we are turning into an Orwellian society where freedom of speech is selective.
