I think Milner has told Southgate he's retired from international football.

Russia are lowest FIFA ranked team in the World Cup

Russia have slipped four places to 70th in the new rankings.

England move up one place to joint 12th, alongside Denmark.
We will face Belgium, Tunisia and Panama in Group G, who are ranked third, 21st and 55th respectively in the list.

Reigning World Cup champions Germany top the list with five-time winners Brazil second, while Portugal and Argentina complete the top five.

After his success in the Charity match yesterday Robbie Williams is now set to play in the World Cup ....
    Opening ceremony.
He’s not playing Party like a Russian though.

    Good news maybe
Spain sack manager Julen Lopetegui two days before first match
Teach him to chose to manage Real Madrid.
Things must be rather chaotic there now!

    Is this a fix

The 2026 World Cup will be held in the United States, Canada and Mexico after their joint bid beat Morocco's proposal to host it.

The 'United 2026' bid was selected by Fifa member nations, winning 134 votes compared to 65 for Morocco.

The 2026 tournament will be the biggest World Cup ever held - with 48 teams playing 80 matches over 34 days.

All three countries get a free pass into the 2026 tournament - hmm

Spain will now be guided by former Real Madrid star Fernando Hierro, who takes over for the tournament.

Sepp Blatter has said he will attend the World Cup as a guest of Russian president Vladimir Putin.

Spanish managers are supposed to get Barca and RM players working as a team ... Hierro and his RM links might be an obstacle!

Four Sporting Lisbon players in the Portuguese squad have cancelled their contracts as fans assaulted them in the training ground.

The game between them will be fun!
