monk saw what was coming and made the right decision.
the way things are going , we will go through more managers than we will have points on the board next season .
anybody performing with this level of incompetence on a regular basis, would be sacked instantly on the spot in any other profession.
radrizaani maybe a successful businessman , but does not have the faintest idea how to run a football club, or as the finances and resources to make it a success , the bottom line is he is in the wrong profession and totally out of his depth like his predecessors before him.

What... £115.72p, as much as that eh ?.
Wasn't it 4 wins in 16 games, that sucks doesn't it when a poor manager or coach gets 'paid off' for doing his job badly.
And Rev, try to hide your delight a bit more, your positively frothing at the mouth today that Heckybumbum has been sacked. lol
His record was poor but he inherited a steaming pile of useless dross with little talent or commitment and far too many useless donkeys on long-term contacts. His biggest failing was not changing things sooner and bringing in the younger players 10 games earlier than he did. With BPF, Pearce etc at least we looked like we were trying. He didn't get the opportunity to bring in any of his own players and some of the few decent players we had were either injured (or suspended) at critical times.
Sacking Heckingbottom is like kicking a Labrador puppy - easy to do but ultimately cowardly and futile. The entire 'management' of LUFC is toxic and incompetent. Stand by for another season of broken promises and abject misery. :-(
To be honest the timing of his departure didn't do him or both of our teams any favours at all did it.
The transfer window had been closed the previous week, so you all say he inherited a poor Leeds team (because of TC I assume) and our new coach inherited a poor squad because of him, and nothing could be done about it.
its all about deflecting the blame , when the real culprits are sat in the boardroom.
no manager on this planet , would get this shower of ****e back in the premier league ,
guessing who the next manager will be is irrelevant , and wont change a thing , because we have an owner who is not prepared to spend what it takes to bring REAL QUALITY to the club . and a director of football who could not spot talent if it was looking back at him in the bathroom mirror .
its just a complete circus that will carry on indefinately , until radrizaani disappears in to the sunset . like the previous jokers who have been here before running the club for donkeys years now. too many years wasted on believing in a magic formula or solution , when the reality is simple , there isnt one .
heavy investment is needed or we will just continue to rot on a yearly basis in the championship, or back in league one again which is looking like a very distinct possibility again next season.

I lost touch with the 'hes one of our own' thing ages ago Rev, and I wanted him out long before he did eventually leave. I stick by the idea that he was taking us down for whatever reasons that were and maybe weren't in his control, and we appointed an absolute clown to replace him actually.
Did you all think TC had blown it then, were any of you disappointed to see him sacked ?.
Can't wait for the next "fall guy" to take the poisoned chalice..
