    Mass dack interest

Well it seems like most of the championship and Cardiff are interested in Bradley dack
I just hope if he is to go we get a decent price for him
Anything less than 7 million should be laughed off.

Quite a few clubs higher up the food chain had been looking at that Powell at Wigan. Dack is much better, as he proved last season, so its all expected that clubs would have an interest. We are in talks right now about offering him a better deal. Personally, I don't think he would leave unless its a huge fee, one that would allow us to buy in 4/5 very decent quality players. If he stays, we push on with him and see what he can do.
I just don't see Cardiff spending £12m on a guy who has only played Div1 when they are about to play in the Prem. Its a massive jump, and a load of money on somebody unproven.

If we get an offer of 8m or higher, I'd let him go, but ONLY if TM is assured of ALL the funds generated.

    I actually disagree.
We are not in a poor position financially. We do not need to sell.
£8m for him in todays market is nothing.
Wigan rejected a bid of £10m for Powell.
Dack is far better. I now believe we should slap a huge fee on his head. £20m ....not a penny under.
Why give him away for £8m? By the end of next season, he could be one of the hottest properties in the Champ.
Norwich (yesterday) put a £21m tag on some young midfielder I have never heard of, because he is attracting Prem clubs attention.
Lets not devalue what we have, and give him away.
£20m not a penny under, and we re-build the entire squad off the back of it.
With add-ons ....so once he plays 10 games, we get another £5m .....lets play hardball, and also lets do what all the other clubs do. £8m isn't realistic.

I think Dack will be in a blue and white Rovers shirt by the start of the season, and will have signed the improved contract we have offered him.
Same with Charlie, same with Danny Graham, same with Bennett.
