Assuming you are both on computer (cos phone i have no idea).

In the reply box 3rd one from the left is a box with what looks like a picture frame on it.
Click on that and it brings up a box with 2 tabs.
Tab 1 - From computer.
Tab 2 - From URL.

To put pics up from your computer, click on Tab 1 and then the insert button. It should take you to your My computer then pick the file as if you were sending an email attachment.

To do pictures from the web, click Tab 2 and insert the link - make sure to untick the box.
