I thought Ellis was part of the future plans? However, i expect Ray has already asked for his coach to join him.

Statement mentions Ellis twice so would assume he's going nowhere unless he walks away. Time will tell.

Next up will be a goalie coach what with Stuart Garden exiting recently.

Don't know the background but would expect Ellis to be away. Can we afford 3 first team coaches?

interestingly it mentions Ellis a few times plus berger is only 1st team coach not assistant manager?

would suggest that ellis is here to stay which wouldnt be a bad thing imo but weird considering i think everyone assumes he'll leave to reunite with Ray morton but maybe he's happy to stay apart of CL's backroom staff.

hopefully with CL's "right hand man" now in place that he might be able to get results on the park. who knows this berger boy could have been the boy telling CL no when hes thinking of any stupid ideas like bringing on lyng in a crucial game. only time will tell!

kinda would rather here about a few more signings soon as preseason is meant to start on monday?

From what's been said I think its fair to assume the club are working hard at completing the signing targets. Sometimes its just the small details that hold things up?

Arabest to Werner. Hope whatever medical issue is not too troubling and genuinely that heíll be in best of health asap.

Is there any rumour of a replacement?

Apparently Burger certainly knew his onions so without a suitable replacement we may just fall down the league and find it hard to ketch up

After two straight wins Burger was happy to be on a roll with United, but knew we are mince and wouldn't cut the mustard.
But I hope he's ok and thanks for the near quarter(pounder) year of service.
