Tautology, tautology, so good they named it twice.Nationalist right wing
What is the crime though? It’s a honest question. If you burn an effigy on a bonfire every year, which we do, is it not a crime too ? The trouble is it is subjective. the Greenfell thing would upset people, but it isn’t a crime. As for your view on 1984, I was using it in jest.
Things are changing, you can’t assume someone’s gender or in one guys case today (see sky news ), age !! He identifies himself as a 45 year old and wants to challenge it. Well I identify myself as 68, so I want my pension please !!
I'm not sure what crime it would be in England but there are several laws that it could potentially cover up here. You can't charge anyone without it being a crime in the first place. Ultimately the court will decide.
I read that story and it's weird but its worth noting that the court hasn't heard the case and it's likely to get binned. When I was growing up, someone from Dollar wanted to be known as a wolf and tried to take it to court. That's nearly 30yrs ago.Things are changing, you can’t assume someone’s gender or in one guys case today (see sky news ), age !! He identifies himself as a 45 year old and wants to challenge it. I agree that folk are probably less resilient these days but at least folk can't go about calling someone who is gay a "poof".
I'm pretty sure you can't call someone a "poof" nowadays (crazy eh?) Yet here we are, you are still trying to get a reaction and nobody really takes you on because you are a bit of a weirdo.
My point being that if you can't say what you want and things have changed so much, then why are you still calling people a "poof" on here and in public (doubt it) and you've not been pulled up for it?
It's not like it would be hard to find out who you are.
I’ve never at any time tried to hide who I am.
It was you that started talking about poofs and when given an option to discuss the matter truth for truth you closed your eyes and started shouting “ bad words bad words”
Away and **** yourself
