partly correct , he did indeed play the ball first .
However he then deliberately played his trailing leg when he saw the player was still going through on goal .............x

Was that the 1st or 2nd one? Maybe if he had pinned Harry on the floor for 3 seconds it would have been deemed clear and obvious and then referred to VAR
