    Mitrovic

Firstly Im no Mitro fan but watching today's game I cannot help but feel that we have never played to his strengths - hence he really hasn't had a chance in the black n white strip.Of course he aint a Shearer but I would liken him to a Sir Les.Play to his strengths & he will do the business.
The other point I would make is that he appears to have overcome his indiscipline which was maybe the reason Rafa had no time for him.
If we get £20m for him I will be delighted but hope that he doesn't get the chance to prove the doubters like me wrong by scoring against us in the future....... remember Lee Clark/Fulham ?

Aye-think I'm in the 'one more chance' camp in that I'd like to see him succeed here.

However, I'd be more interested in getting £20 or so mil for him and spending that on an upgrade to Gayle as that sort of 'busy' striker is what Rafa prefers.

He's had a decent all-round game today but i don't think it's too harsh to say he should possibly have scored twice.

Just watched 89 mins of him as he got subed and he was terrible missed two golden opportunities.

Comparing him to Sir Les, he couldn’t tie his boots man.

This for me. I like him, but I honestly won't be that bothered if he goes as long we are able to spend the cash received.

Sir Les,for Feck sake,he is nothing like him,Les was fast, great in the air and could beat a man, scored goals for fun against the top teams in the Prem.He was up there with the best strikers Ive seen at SJP and I'm going back to 1950s.

The thing is if we get £20M for him I don’t think we will replace him with a +£20M striker
If Rafa is not going to play him I would cash him in but realistically who are we going to replace him with??? If we won’t stump up the money for Kenedy, what cash have we got available for a new CF?

Under Rafa, Mitrovic is pointless, so it's best he moves on for his own sake and hopefully do fantastic wherever he ends up.
I'd love it to be at Newcastle....but......well.....
