    Sad news. I remember that free kick well. I lived in Coventry for a time and he owned a sports shop near to my place. I wandered past there a lot and often saw him leaning on the counter. It never seemed a particularly busy place.

    I remember he scored a great goal against us in the 3rd Round (about 1971) in front of the BRE. It prompted a rhyming slang name for someone you didn't like: "He's a right Ernie Hunt"!!

    I always wondered how fat blokes like him and Frannie Lee got to the top level?

    An iconic moment though was that goal.
