It's $8,530 per day, starting from 2 weeks before the opening match until the day after Iceland's elimination.

So 31st May to 27th June - 28 days @ $8,530 = $238,840.

We get 1/3 of that because he was registered at AFC from July 2017 to May 2018.

So $79,613. About £60k.

The other 2 x 1/3 go to the club he was registered with up to June 2017 (Omonia Nicosia) and the club he is registered with from June 2018 onward (Vikingur).

£135,000 then. On top of season tickets, Mclean's fee, the Burnley game income and last seasons winnings. Not bad.
