Not a fan of Facebook but my girlfriend was showing me this video of some guy in Aberdeen being cruel to his dog,not usually a violent person but this guy needs a serious kicking.

What I've heard is a woman neighbour reported the evil basa to the police ..
The police said there's not much they can do without evidence..
She told the police the times he takes his dog out so they took a camera to take the evidence required to get him done .
The woman also videoed it and posted it online .
Now this isn't direct the info came from a friend of mine a taxi driver now they know everything right .
