    Next Seasons Reserve League

    SPFL Reserve League Set Up 2018-19 (Starts August)

    Aberdeen, Celtic, Dundee, Hamilton Academical, Heart of Midlothian, Hibernian, Kilmarnock, Motherwell, Partick Thistle, Rangers, Ross County
    St Mirren, Dunfermline, Dundee United, Falkirk, Morton and Queen of the South ( 17 teams )

    *They’ll play each other only ONCE, either home or away

    *Teams will be allowed five subs

    *Games will kick off on Mondays at 2pm

    *Clubs will be allowed to play at their
    training grounds as well as any licensed SPFL Stadia

    Thank god they’ve got rid of the u20’s development league. The youngsters will learn more playing against or with older players coming back from injuries etc than they would against boys their own age or younger.
    It's a step in the right direction IMO

    Strange that games will be played on Monday afternoons. I'm sure there are quite a few people who like to go and watch what up and coming players are coming through, or even just to see a game of football in midweek. This set-up sounds basically like training games and doesn't encourage spectators.

    Have to say I thought that a little strange also

    I’m sure fans would of attended if it had been an evening kick off
