    OT - Virgin

While we're between games, what do people think of this?

    https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-44665397

Virgin seem to have no regard for the law, 'forced' immigration of those deemed through due process presumably, to be illegal immigrants is surely not a subject they can make a general, moralisation on?

Some of those being sent back to e.g Jamaica, are violent criminals.

    Buy some more Globemaster 3's.

Ridiculous how these snow flakes think they have the right to interfere with UK policy.

Refusing to take LGBT asylum seekers , too right. Lets hope once their application to stay is accepted ( and it will ), they are able to bring the wife (s) and kids.

Out of curiosity, if a bakery wishes to refuse making a wedding cake for a gay couple, do you think that's their right to do so?

That's the point Navy, when they are on a Virgin flight, the appeal has been lost.

More than 80% of revenues at Virgin UK Holdings, Richard Branson’s main holding company in Britain, comes from operations dependent on public funding, mainly rail and the NHS, the accounts show.

Branson’s companies received £320m from taxpayers in 2016 for running public services. Some £262m of this was from the health service or local councils for medical and social care through his Virgin Care business. Then there was a net government subsidy of £58m for Virgin’s share of the East and West Coast rail franchises, a joint ventures with Stagecoach.

Branson’s recent deal to escape up to £200m in future payments to the Treasury for his 10% share of the East Coast rail franchise drew political flak. Lord (Andrew) Adonis, a former transport secretary and chairman of the National Infrastructure Commission, called it “scandalous”
    (Sunday Times Feb 2018)

Give the money back Richard ! it's obviously tainted by the hand of government

Do you think it's right that someone goes looking for a metaphorical fight, gets one and then goes crying to the authorities?

They seem to ignore dozens of bakers and deliberately turn up at those with devout Christian beliefs.
99 out of a hundred wouldn't give a monkeys but there wouldn't be any chance of a flounce and fake outrage would there?

    Violent criminals eh?

I wouldn't be overly excited about going on holiday with my wife and kids on an aircraft where one or more passengers don't want to be there.
    Particularly violent ones.
