    Yannuck Toure

The 17 year old Swiss striker flew in to Newcastle yesterday.

One for the future let's hope he makes good progress in the Under 21s.

I read a report about him in January I think we have had the deal lined up since then.
From all accounts he’s a decent prospect.
Strong with a good turn of pace.

Yes we did. It was a pre-contract deal.

Dude looks a beast, big unit, powerful.

However that's against Juniors in the Swiss league.

Time will tell, hopefully Rafa's youth development team can turn this guy into a Drogba-esque monster in a few years time.

He can’t be any worse than all that deadwood that Carr brought in that Rafa and his team of fine coaches assessed and moved them on.

Let’s hooe the young lad hits the ground running, he seems a fine prospect.

When was the last time a player from the youth squad broke into the first team? This story doesn't hold much weight.

Well we've signed him thats a definite i believe.

Last players - Dummett or Carroll. For those that played consistently.

Or if we're counting players that have come through our youth to play at least once Freddie Woodman or Jamie Sterry.
