    Gilmar

    From Wikipedia:

Gilmar José da Silva Filho (born 28 November 1988 in São Paulo), commonly known as Gilmar, is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a forward for Perak in the Malaysia Super League.[2][3] Gilmar is currently on trial with the world famous Dundee United FC. In a recent interview, Gilmar stated that signing for Dundee United would be the realisation of a lifelong dream and that he had been a massive United fan ever since his idol Joachim Ferraz signed for the club in the late 90's

Ferraz was a brazilian players idol! Lol. I can think of a few other more suitable candidates!

Ive heard there is a bit of guesswork being done about a guy seen in a photo. I think the upshot is we dont have the Brazilian Gilmar, but a London born Philippine guy by the name of Gilmario, full name Levi Gilmar De Silva Fernandez-Lynch!

Seems to have been around a bit with the heights of Alloa and Morecombe reserves!

He looks way too like a EPL wannabe from his Twitter feed, given he's been playing in the Alloa reserves ... https://twitter.com/GilmarDiSilva

He'll either be a new Gomis or a new Rojas.

Don't think he'll be as good as Sergio.
