I'm 100% certain the outside agency who left behind the contaminated vessel of Novichok had no intention of killing this unfortunate bin dipper.

The man who was exposed to the nerve agent Novichok has regained consciousness after a "small but significant improvement", Salisbury District Hospital has said.
Charlie Rowley, who has been in hospital since falling ill in Amesbury on 30 June, is in a critical but stable condition.
But the 45-year-old "is still very unwell".

Let’s hope he can pinpoint what they touched.

As we haven’t made the stuff how do we have loads of it?
Do you think any such stock would be on open shelves ready for any passing cleaner to help themselves?
Even if there are stocks of novichok nearby, why did any container need to be stolen? Any sensible person would take a syringe full - that wouldn’t change the numbers of containers in stock.
