I like signings like this.

Never though I'd see the day when a bit of planning for the future went on at Dens.

I always think fans of clubs our size get a wee bit done.

Everybody seems to want youth coming thru (understand why) but time they are thought to be ready, then go on loan for expierience, then come back, hopefully stay injury free and then become reasonably consistent....if they are decent they are snapped up quick.

No a bad thing in itself but I feel the fans miss out a bit.

No that many youth players seem to come thru and play 100 plus games for their parent club nowadays.

Cammy Kerr and cw33 maybe exceptions for us.

Maybe longing for the days players played 200 plus games for us but hey ho.

Hope I’m wrong and the loans the best thing for him , just get the feeling somethings happened with mcann and him , he was in and around first team up until xmas time then nothing , by far not the finished article but I like a no nonsense center half
Mb he does need brought down to earth
