Thought he looked solid. Moved to find the open spots and called for the ball. He was pretty deep most of the game. I could see him pairing with Neves in the middle. I’d have liked to see him playing wingback or fullback because I think that’s where he’d fit in with us, but he stayed central the entire half he played. Was steady and composed except for one turnover that led to a Liverpool break. But that was the only negative I saw. Had some good looking passes throughout the match. I’m no scout so I can’t say whether he’s worth the money. But he didn’t look out of place in a City squad

Rumbles coming from the player hints that he wants to stay at Man City.

Like I said, he didn't look out of place in the game. So he can probably get some solid minutes for them between the different competitions they're in .

Along with the Belgian player. Can’t say I’m disappointed at all with this summer. Be disappointed if we were involved in the relegation scrap at all. We should be challenging for top 10

Looks like Zinchenko backed out of the deal today. Disappointing, but on the bright side at least he realized he didn’t want to leave Man City before he left. If he’s not playing by January maybe he will be more open to a move

If he's not committed to the idea thats no use to anyone, obviously would prefer to tough it out and compete for a place at Citeeh, got to respect his ambition.

It'l be interesting to see how many "Premier league game minutes" he plays. I bet he's looking for a move by the January transfer window.
