Was transferred south before I was old enough to go so never saw him play but possibly one of the best strikers ever to grace the Scottish game. RIP Alan Gilzean.

I remember him when he played for Spurs along side Martin Chivers and for Scotland, he was quite a player.

My father as a youngster went to games every week in a time where Gilzean was one of many. A legend is a legend whatever colours they wear!
