What would the odds have been, 3 years ago Jeremy Corbyn, at number 10, greeting Gareth Southgate with the World Cup ?

Love for Gareth Southgate to win the World Cup, but surely Corbyn would decline the invitation to be seen as anything patriotic.

I’d rather work than have a bank holiday under Corbyn & his anti English/British stance.

You do know he needs to be pm to fulfill his false promise? An I for one hope that never happens.

There was no way May was ever going to get a decent brexit deal for this country. The ship is sinking and the rats are now manning the life boats as I type...
