Interesting and another depressing piece of data. I thought Ken Bates had sorted this issue which caused controversy i remember ? Maybe i am wrong ? Just more negative news.

I am across The pond but some of those seem sketchy. I understand millwall, blades and Barnsley but somebof the others seem crazy. Way more than bills for hot spur and west ham policing?
