    I always found the JR story pretty implausible. He doesn't really fit into any of the categories Mowbray has mentioned, and I'm sure the asking-price would be too high, anyway.

    JR does not fit into TM's expectation of a forward player, thank goodness..

    Oh 100% he enquired. He was after him. The £40k a week he is on stopped it. As he isn't worth that. That figure was based on the previous player who scored lots and lots of goals in the Champ.
    Player wise, he was exactly the type. The price was not. He would have to have been a steal, on far lower wages.
