    We've had improvements plans for donkeys years but everytime something comes up so the bare minimum is done - surprise surprise.

    Like when Rafa joined and wanted them improved and he got the 4G pitches (can't believe we didn't have those already to be honest) but that seems to have been it. Despite the improvements actually having meant we had less injuries, which meant he got more value for the players.

    Seen a photo of Brighton’s training ground several weeks ago it looks state of the art
    It may have been an architects graphic impression of what it s going to look like?

    But it makes Benton look like an old buttons camp

    We’ve got £280k from the WC with Mitro and Thauvin being there. That could be used.

    Rafa benitez wants money going to the academy in any contract he signs .2 contracts the club offered him at the end of the season still don't have it included in the contract .th3 club haven't got a clue

    The pitch the reserves play on is an absolute disgrace at whitley park. Especially when you consider Man City actually have a stadium in there academy / training complex.
