A quick return to Palmy for ex - captain John Rankin and also David Hopkirk is a Bully Wee player now.

Will be interesting to see how Rankin our former captain is on his return to Palmerston. Queens should realistically be going to Fir Park next week with a bit of confidence along with 3 wins and 9 points...

It will be a change to see a different team at Palmy tonight as I cannot remember playing Clyde since the 7 - 1 game
in 2009 when the Dobmeister scored 4 if I remember correctly.

Shock,horror.....I have nothing to moan about tonight! Dobbie and Harkins can rip teams apart. Can't wait until they really gel.

Just a I thought , Dobbie would utilise the chance against modest opposition to rack a few in and get off to a flyer. I can see him scoring one or maybe two on Saturday as well. He is well placed now to reach second in our all time scorer list --------' First half was a bit 'stodgy' , team not up to full speed yet and I dont think the starting 11 tonight will be the same for the first league game ------- Clyde , to their credit, performed and worked very hard in the first half but as is often the case, when one goal goes in against the lesser team , then gaps start appearing everywhere. --------- Harkins has outrageous skill and him and Dobbie seem to be on the same level of thought . This can help us score against the most stubborn of Championship teams. On the other hand , I can see why he would drive a manager mad . Very pleased with this capture overall------ Josh Todd looked impressive when he came on. Again, a good sign. ------Another win on Saturday should be enough to get us into the next stage no matter how we do against Motherwell. Lets go for three in a row !

Amazing - nine years on since we last played them Sir Stephen is still a thorn in the flesh of the Bully Wee with another 3 to add to the 4 in the last game.
