Is this the trialist or a miss print
Stocksbridge craft a chance worthy of a goal as Williams skips free down the left before crossing for Mangham,
😉
SFC 43 | A quick throw-in puts Ball in on goal but from a tight angle the ‘keeper makes another terrific save. Still 0-0. #rufc

SFC 44 | Millers go close again when Taylor’s centre finds the head of Wood who crashes his header against the bar. #rufc
Whats with Wood and hitting the woodwork. At least we can be grateful it went in instead at Wembers.

3-1 at Stocks now. Hinds heads in a corner. Think this lad is gonna be good.
SPS 82 | Saved. Vassell takes it looking for his hat-trick but the 'keeper gets down low to his right to save.

SPS 85 | GOAL - Vassell does get his hat-trick this time as he applies a cool finish after another nice pass from Yates. 4-1. #rufc

2 solid wins. 4-1 and 3-0, Good news is forwards banging em in. Bad news poor pens. Defence seemed more troubled at Stock than Sheff going on reports. Then again we didn't have a proper right back at Stocks.
The hosts almost restored parity again when Tyler Williams turned on the afterburners to show Michael Ihiekwe a clean pair of heels down the left (from the match report). Iekwe aint the answer there. Must get a right back!

I agree, Ihekwe is not the answer. I was at the Stocksbridge game and their left sided player gave him a torrid time and he stuggled (imagine him in the champ!)
Vassell pulled up on about the 70 minute mark and was feeling his back at the end (could have been hamstring, hopefully not too serious). Hopefully he won't get too many injuries, a little worrying as he was out injured a lot at Blackpool apparently.
As regards to Onaraise, Bray or Yates being involved this season I can only see the latter having any sort of a role as a sub (Jerry does give It the effort which is what Warney likes). Onaraise looked dodgy at Stocksbridge.
