We don't have a full squad yet (we 100% need a new CB, Attacking mid and Target Man). When we're at full i'll judge him on this season. That being said I don't trust him but here's hoping and that shower should've beat Arbroath with half a team.
That is exactly what i have been saying, 11 in the box to every away team getting a corner..Just love to know what coaching manual he got that one from..We were 4-0 up Brechin away near end last season, and they got a corner, they had 3 in the box and we had a 11 in the box..Utter madness to the extreme ...
Arbroath played with Ryan Wallace as a striker and Bobby Linn seemed to have a free role of playing a dual role of attacking midfield or striker.
In the second half Arbroath played with two strikers - Kane Hester and Ryan Wallace .

If every team plays with the plan to close us down quickly in midfield when we are trying to pass it around like Barcelona, we will lose possession as we aren't good enough to do it. If they deploy counter attacking correctly, we will lose more goals than we will score.
Pace and width is something that this league struggles against and us not addressing this is border line negligent!
Tidy passing in midfield should only be one game plan, we should be looking to counter attack much quicker.
We don't have one single player that worries defenders.....We are crying out for a GMS or Conway type of player.
Not ‘defending’ Csaba, as he is beyond questionable. However, I did some researching on the rationale for having 11 back for corners. Interesting read, albeit, I think only certain teams can do this. Perhaps ambitious if this is what Csaba is planning...

If you don't have pace all over the park that theory is just a complete and utter waste of time..Unite have zero and that is being kind..
instead think of united and the ball ping ponging around 6 and 18 yard line, mis swipes, following over and general circus actions. Rather than an efficient break away a success for united is a punt straight back to one of their players. Been a while since ive seen fast slick passing and counter attacking brilliance required for this.
Aye, dismissal letter in the pocket for the Alloa game just in case.
I love Csaba's work ethic and apparent commitmentto the cause. But he's got to get things improving pronto. The support will accept poor football if the team are winning. But struggling to beat part timers is clearly not good enough.
Due to last season, I don't think the fans will have much left in the way of patience. We need the team to get into the winning mentality PDQ, and get the league season up and running with some wins. MM should be making it clear to Csaba that the clock is ticking.
