Yes ash should have done diligence etc

But if they hadn't sold the club
How would they gave paid the debt

How would they have managed the payment on the debt and invested on quality players

Truth is they spent money we didn't have for 5 minutes of fame

Without kk they would have gone under

    And shearer of course
And now we don't spend the money we do have

Do we have a divine right to be in the top 6? No

Can we get in there and be a big player? Easily

Just because you lot have wasted money and gone down to the third division doesn't mean we will

Everyone realises we can't compete with clubs who have Champions league every year. But nobody can tell me we can't compete with teams like Bournemouth,Watford,Fulham,Wolves etc.Well I am not having it.Fatty is getting money out of the club somehow. One day he will get found out.
We have a debt that has doubled under him, with more money coming in than ever before.
At least under the last owners we watched good football.Under fatty we are getting bargain basement signings and the football is pathetic to watch. That is nothing to do with the managers we have had under fatty either.Buy rubbish you get rubbish.
There is not a Newcastle fan alive now that is happy with fatty.

    Wages + £68M
What about Financial fair play ?
I'm not sure the top 6 do as they want

    Yet
You also say it’s ok for the morbidly obese one to be asking £400M and for the massive debts he has saddled us with with his miss management and his 2 relegations.

How do Man Utd service their debt???
You don’t here their fans crying about debt
Because they spend money and continue to grow as a club and compete

We on the other hand are a mess
Nope 150 million of the asking price is the debt he was left with however it came about due diligence etcetcetc

250 million for a club guaranteed to Money in excess of 700 million in the next 5 years is cheap

What will put buyers of is the cost of players

The big spend used to be the club
Now that's small change compared to buying players for it

The value of our players is 175 mill at a guess the debt inherited 125-150 mill

The potential income 120 mill a season

    350-400 mill is cheap

But it's the cost trying to compete that will deter buyers
    Not Ashley's asking price

    They realise it's in debt
But they have such a brand they can open up revenue streams world wide to service that debt

    We don't

Compared to the Manchester teams the scousers
Most London teams we are just a small team from the north east in regards to branding world wide

The debt was 70m when he bought it.He has doubled it to over 140m.Nobody else.Ashley has.Sooner he is gone the better. He has no intention of selling though. He is making too much money and getting an easy ride doing it.Sky,the local papers, all should be asking the questions of where the money is.

Where do you make these figures up.120 million income.Last year we had prize money of 125 m.We got 50m in January TV money.Last summer when we got our share of TV deal when we went up was just short of 60m.This summer anytime now we are due another 50m.Thats 285m income through TV money and for finishing 10th.
Now add on the transfers out.Add on the installments for transfers done in the last few years.Even if wages are to be believed at 90m that is still 185m profit. ot taking into account other sponsership deals, gate receipts, merchandise over the season.Maybe add another 15-20m on top of that.So that would be over 200m at a guess.
Now you tell me where that money is.I know and so does everyone else.

But we weren't under K.K. first time round or under Sir Bobby while FFS and Sir john were in control. We competed with the world's best DID WE NOT.
