On his debut, I as talking to a guy that had seen him in a practice game the week before. “What’s he like?” I asked. “Unbelievable” he replied.
He was right, with a decent team around him he could have almost reached TC’s status of legend. The problem was back then, players just took him out of the game, the way things are now he’d be almost unplayable, fantastic little player, the one shining light in that sorry season.
