Indeed but we just don't pick up players in our box, marking is poor and movement is poor when we have the ball.

Yeh, I think that's fairly obvious.

IMO, it's a good thing if a back 3 looks terrible today - a season of Duffy, Brisley and Hall trying to pass to each other and then back to the keeper would be a very long one.

He is 17 years old, originally from the dark side, released, then went to Dunkirk which is where Notts got him from.

Plenty of positives. I have zero concerns about the season ahead. If Notts play a team like Leicester during the season it won’t be standing off letting them pass for fun. I would hope we get in there faces and leave a few bruises from tackles.
All in all a good run out. Felt for Toots, looked knackered and had Gray to contend with. Coped admirably (apart from the 3rd goal)

I’m really hoping Enzio is worth the money, from what I saw today (watched online) would start Donga He over him! Also thought Bird looked very assured even in that left defensive role after replacing Jones. And finally what have they been feeding Jon Stead? Looks like Hemings and Dennis are going to have a battle on keeping him out of the team right now.

Mind you, nor real competitive edge in these games and we won’t be playing teams of this calibre in L2.
