Opportunity for you as Burnley FC Academy are looking for spotters and scouts to join our Academy Talent Identification & Recruitment department.

There are both part-time, paid and voluntary roles available depending on experience and time available.**

Successful applicants will help with the identification and recruitment of players aged 6 to 15 years in Lancashire and West Yorkshire.* Hours are flexible but generally over the weekend and evenings.* The successful candidates will also be required to attend some monthly recruitment nights at the Burnley FC, Barnfield Training Ground.**

All successful applicants will receive an induction night on the clubs recruitment philosophy and strategy, regular in-house training, a place on The FA’s Talent ID Level 2 *and a full enhanced DBS check.* They will also have access to the club’s bonus scheme whether they are a voluntary spotter or scout for successful finds.
