That's very pleasing to read. Would be a very important piece to the jigsaw.

I believe I am pretty close. but I have believed I have been pretty close for weeks now..

so In reality we are no closer now than we was a few weeks ago.

think it's time to move on in the next few days and get another goalkeeper.

it's not the closing of the loan market im worried about Casper.

it's the first game of the season in about 2 weeks time than the game after that.

I suppose it's wether you're a glass half full or empty kind of guy WLB.
I always try and take positives from situations, which I accept sometimes makes me a bit gullible.
Whereas other people but not necessarily you always try to look for the negatives in situations.

    Very true welovebooth.
I always give them 10 games, by that time barring a miracle in the January transfer window you can usually tell what sort of season it may turn out to be.

Im with wolvebooth on this one. Its not just a case of getting a keeper in, its more about getting that keeper used to playing behind a back four. And vice versa.

Even if its rodak it wont be the same back four as last year.

As much as I like rodak the club cant escape criticism here. Going so close to the start of such a pivotal season without a first choice keeper in place is amateurish. In my opinion we should be pushing the budget to its absolute limit to bring in a keeper of our own. Keepers (good ones) win points. Its not a position to gamble with.
