Probably the biggest disgrace by the fans of Dundee United in our history was during the militant times of protest in the early 70s when we called for the head of Jerry Kerr(we got it)then during McLean the magician's early tenure many wanted him sacked too, fortunately we had a BOD who knew better than the fans and refused to cave into pressure.

If only the militant support of the 70's had been in their prime when the Tim Two were sold we would never have been relegated and Thompson would have emigrated to Australia on Feb the 1st 2015,FACT.

    1 Shabba.

    Inept in every way.

    2 Jackie.

The other 3 didn't have his calibre of player at their disposal. He had us playing good stuff when sed players were there but when they disappeared he didn't have a clue and just to prove his 5hiteness he continued it at York.

    3. Mixu.

See Shabba. Mixu never got a Summer transfer window. Might have been a good thing.

    4. Ray.

Bland football. Great home record, pi5h away one. The death of him.

Agreeing with this order........and finding it hard say a positive word on any of the four of them.

Hard to place these four names in order, so will go with the order in which they are presented.

    1) Csaba - Well on course for the number one slot, BUT he has got us back to scoring four. Who knows, he may yet turn out to be the Cream of the Crop? Only time will tell, but on this occasion, time is a short span now, not a long one.

    2) Jackie - He had the players and blew it due to various reasons. His subsequent tenure at York revealed much. A great pool of players at the Shed appears to have carried him, though they underachieved. Getting rid of a number of players sent us on a seemingly never ending downwards spiral. An envious job for the Csabs.

    3) Mixu - I have a lot of sympathy for Mixu. His short tenure with both hands tied behind his back made him look worse than what he might otherwise have been? He needs cut some slack. The job drove him off his head through frustration and limited resources.

    4) Ray - How we all wish our golden son would have prospered at Tannadice. It didn't work out unfortunately.

    5) ST - Jackie, Mixu and Ray were all under the influence of ST's vision and influence. This cannot be over-stated and must be remembered. Csab's was too. He is more fortunate than the others in that the chain has been broken. He has but a short time to have the Shed rise like the Phoenix from the ashes!

Csaba is the worst. Bad in every way. An Arab out of the stands would be preferable

    Mixu next. Tombola selections.

Jackie. Actually had lots of success. Went very sour by the end

Ray. Ok if not inspiring. If only we’d have got the decisions against Hamilton in play off we would not be in the present mess with csaba taking us into the abyss of championship wilderness years

For me, the accolade of most disappointing of all tenures goes to Billy Dodds, despite him having a 100% record as manager of our great club, I expected a lot more
